For clarification, the motion to amend the WoodRidge Estates Bylaws did not meet state law requirements. By the law as set out in Texas Property Code Section 209.0041 (h), we are required to have 67% of the eligible voters (41) to vote in the affirmative in order to pass the amended bylaws.
The vote was 39 Yays and two abstentions. There were zero No votes.
